The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Good, light-cream coloured head over opaque dark brown beer. Sweetish, woody nose with notes of, indeed, rum, rumbonen. Dry alcoholic flavour with mild sweetness, enhanced by the alcohol. Faintly nutty, also arachide. Well-bodied, viscous, faint alcoholheat. Good carbonation. Not bad. Too bad about the brewery. Txs to Stef!

Ultra dense & thick, slightly yellowish head, ultra stable over very well-carbonated, hazy golden beer, lacey. Vinous nose, clearly the winebarrels. Hints at spoiled wine, even Bretts. Again quite vinous, with a delicate fruity, grapey sweetness, almost as a dessert wine. The Brett-hint is vaguely present in the very back. Well bodied, well carbonated, and very slick-oily. As the Vermouth, a very well done beer by VS, and pushing the ordinary Fourchette into oblivion.

Sampled as Bogaerden Imperial White Small white rim over deeper golden beer. Coriander and some sweet malts; bit of breakfast cereals, and wilting spring leaves. Soupy, coriander, slight oxydation, and some other dry exotic herbs. Quite wheatslick (again the coriander?) despite good carbonation. Medium bodied. Coriandersoup. Willem, I'll stick to the lambics. Txs to Willem and Stef!

Fine, dense white head over pale well-carbonated yellow beer. Very nice, delicate nose with ginger and lavender-like aromas, and - of course - Sichuan pepper. Bit soapy flavour - again the Prickly ash upfront, but it remains in check. Bit ginger and resin flavours. Well-carbonated. At least medium bodied, bit viscous. Nice - if I would never call this a saison. Txs to Stef!

Good, ever so slightly yellowish head, dense, over hazy, light foxy-amber beer. Exotic fruit, not overly sweet, some rosewater, faint resin. Taste however turns out way too sweet for a true IPA. The C-hops are there, in the background, but the overload of restsweetness dominates. The taste is faintly earthy, rather than resiny. Medium bodied, very well-carbonated; sticky feel in the aftertaste. As said, too sweet an IPA. The name on the bottle mentions "blond", which it isn't really - Fausse blonde?

Small white head, stable, over clear metallic golden beer. Chalk, some sweet pale malts... and water. Sweet, corn, watercolour paint. Finish is empty. Medium bodied, good carbonation. Doesn't feel like 8% - just the sweetness hinting at the rather huge ABV. Fellow taster claims it's sweeter than the Hong Kong version. Txs to Joren!
