The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Head gone in an eyeblink to some whitish bubbles; hazy darker golden beer. Fresh citrus and other exotic fruit, if with a touch of mold starting on the peel. Also a tad chewing gum. Very much New World hops. Fruity and lightly bitter. Again lots of citrussy and other frutiy esters from the hops. Sweetish, rosewater, bitter fading. Light body, soft carbonation, bit hopoil slick. Amusing APA, if certainly a bit too sweet. Txs to Joren!

Fast gone white head over finely carbonated, lightly hazed light-yellow beer. Perfumey nose, vanilla, raspberry, but all rather artificial. Chewing gum sweetness with a disturbing wryish-bitter bachground. Again artificial. Flavoured bubble gum from the sixties. Light, good carbonation, slightly sticky. A beer - and a brewery - that is hardly to find any info on. Starting to wonder if it's boycotting - with this quality... Txs to Joren!

2025 Ed. Stable white head, frothy, over faintly veiled copper beer. Rainwater, waterplants, algues, green leaves. Bit nutty; aromatic if demure. Sweet, human sweat, sweet peas, candi sugar. Sweet green shoots, corn. Feels a bit empty for its impressive ABV, serious alcoholthinning? Good carbonation, slick. Rather disappointing - huge promises but not much to tell. Txs to Stef!

Very slightly aged Short lived cream head over reddish brown beer. Coffee, ground roasted beans, holly, aucuba. Roast. Dry coffee, dry roast, bit ashes, som lightly sweeter chocolate. Chewy, and as stated, dry. Medium carbonation, lasting flavours. Sweet stout? I've had 'dry' stouts that were more cloying than this one. I do really deplore the demise of this great small brewery. Txs to Stef!

Gushing to huge, pinkish tinted cream head; hazy, lively carbonated dark brown beer. Wood, plywood, moss, wet cardboard, chocolate. Dry, woody, plywood, dry chocolate. Rather well-bodied, good carbonation, very slick, creamy feel. Dry, woody... Simple and pleasing. But gushing.
