Highly drinkable. Soft roast. Light yeast, burnt wheat, cocoa, torched toffee. Really nice.

33cl bottle. A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark malt, cellar, caramel, spices. Taste of spicy, herbal and caramelized malt, brown malt, some yeast.

20/VIII/22 - 33cl bottle @ Gents Bierfestival, BB: 15/II/24, lot: 2201/P727 (2022-1085)
Clear red brown beer, small beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, caramel touch, hint of chocolate. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, grains, caramel, bitter, cow fodder, a bit metallic, meh. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, hay, cow fodder, gentle roast, not a bit fan of this weird beer style mash-up.
