The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Pink head, thick, over clear carmosine beer, leaving fine lace. Cherrydrops, sweet cherry juice, bit rainwater. Sweet cherry, cherrygums, but with a wry, almost tart woody finish. Cherrystones - or the branches included? Dry-out effect! Medium bodied at least, very well-carbonated. The wry finish in the mouth points to better things, all the more's the pity of the syrupy cherryflavour. Txs to Stef!

Gushing to huge, just yellowish head over heavily carbonated golden beer. Perfumey, demure blossoms, hint of honey. Grains, flowers, faintly smoked, exotic fruit. Very belatedly, there are finally some signs of capsaicine. Light body, overcarbonated. I'm happy it isn't overly chilli-ed, but unfortunately, there isn't much else to fill in. Txs to Stef!

Small white rim over unclear ochre beer, fine carbonation. Lemony nose, leather, leathersoap, horseblanket, wheat. Quite grainy, wheat, buckwheat, lemonpeel. Retronasal a tad tarry, almost as Islay. Some acidthinning, very light acidburn. Gives strangely enough a rather undercarbonated impression - which it isn't! Wheatslick, medium bodied. Not quite an Oude Gueuze (it isn't), but it gives the promise of more to come. I had an impression of a loerik, somehow.

Russet, thick head over almost black beer. Chocolate, very intense, bit smoke/ashes as well. Bit nutty, and very faintly manure. Bitter chocolate, tobacco, smoke. Finish is really dry, whilst showing the roast malts at last. Chewy, well bodied without being really heavy. Good carbonation, faint alcoholwarming. Far from bad! Txs to Joren!

Fast dwindling off-white head over clear copper beer, finely carbonated. Alcohol, white candi sugar, toasted. Dry cookies, even dry breakfast wafers. Maltsyrup, almonds, frangipane, neutral syrup over breakfast cereals. Backthroat spices. Oats probably aimed at creaminess, but the alcohol and sugaroverload making it superfluous. 10 years, but the inspiration seems to have gone already. Txs to Stef!

Opens with an audible release, if no gushing, to a very dense, whipped eggwhite-like head over lively carbonated metallic cognac-coloured beer. Vinous nose, alcohol. Faint wood; gassy through the carbonation. Alcohol, dried fruit as figs. Less vinous in the mouth, more towards brandy. Wood, bit of industrial honey. Alcoholheat, creamy head, quite slick, almost overcarbonated. De Meester can do better. Txs to Stef!
