The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Fast disappearing white head over fully hazy yellow beer. Nutty nose, slight oxydation, exotic fruit, passion-, citrus etc. Again some oxydation (well within BBd), but also oak, citruspeel. Bit vegetal bitterness. Pretty creamy MF, despite the disappearing head; quite oily-viscous, resiny. At least medium bodied. Decent - if it weren't for the premature oxydation, it would be pretty good. Txs to Stef!

White head gone in seconds over fully muddy yellow beer, pineapplejuice-like. Asafoetida, lime nose, limepeel, very citrussy hops, resin. Bit putty, citruspeel, citrusoil. Bitter, not much else. Filled by the resins. Well-carbonated, ultra-slick. Nice nose, rest is OK.

Medium, whitish head over metallic golden beer. Rather oppressive nose, weyish, with asafoetida, lupulin, resin, citrus. Again asafoetida, if less, with citruspeel, citrusoil and resin. Really very bitter, astringent, almost chemical. Quite slick, creamy from the head, quite well-carbonated, oily. On the agressive side, no? Oakgalls instead of hopcones used? Txs to Stef!

Huge, whipped eggwhite-like head over utterly unclear ochre beer, finely carbonated. Herbal, bit sharpish garden herbs/weeds, greenery, peppery. Quite yeasty, again garden herbs, weeds. Finish is more bitter, bit as spinach or lambs' lettuce, getting even a bit astringent. Rather well-bodied for a lager, very creamy MF. Very good lager. Is this really brewed on a traditional winery? Impressed! Txs to Dieuwert!

Red-shot dark brown beer under a frothy lagered cream to dark beige head. Roast, ashes, heated waffle syrup, undergrowth. Dry, really ashy, some caramel backthroat; liquorice. Very faintly mineral. Bit chewy & viscous; good carbonation. Decent light stout.

Small, rather stable yellow head over (cold)hazed amber beer. Quite some caramel upon opening, parsley, toffee, but also something chemical, vaguely smelling of shoepolish. Bitter leafy flavour however, autumn leaves, bittering hops. Ends metallic, with some pine. Warming up, the caramel returns to the flavour, as well withs some apple(skins). Feels very carbonated, almost fizzy, which works against the sweetness of the caramel, adding some acidity. Very slick, light to medium bodied. Nose wasn't exactly a delight, but for the rest, pretty much OK.

Small white rime over unclear orange beer with golden sheen. Sour prune & apricot nose, horseblanket in the background. A horse manure heap that has beer out in nature for weeks, full of apricot stones. Quite sour. Again aprict (though mirabelles would not be amiss). Sour, but the acids (lactic/fruit) remain quite mild. Some tannines, and indications of the plum stones. Some acidthinning and -burn. Not much carbonation. Less aggressive than some of the other 3F plum lambics - all the better for it.
