The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Disparate cream-coloured head over jet-black beer. Ashes, tobacco, molasses, roast, meatroast, charcoal. Typical stout-acidity, bit rubbery (gymps). Sweet roast, dark chocolate. Chewy, viscous, full bodied but good carbonation. Alcoholheat. A good barrel aged sweet stout, complex and subtle enough. Txs to Stef!

Cream-tan-mossy head, fast gone over black beer. Faint cigar ashes, cigarleaf, maple syrup, molasses, wood. Sweet, molasses, treacle, sugar syrup, maple ditto. Faint dry-almost-bitter from the roast, faintly phenolic. Very sticky, viscous; good carbonation; alcoholheat, heavy. Sweet, punch-y. Txs to Stef!

Very huge, lightly yellowish coloured head, fed by lively carbonated golden beer. Earthy, resin, pine, gin, beetroot, pinewood, Badedas. Again very earthy in the mouth, gin, resin, juniperberry, beetroot. Medium bodied at best, looks better carbonated than it feels, slick. Very special one indeed. But it does not remind me of Retsina at all.

Small rim over metallic orange-copper beer, almost still. Spicy, orangerind, bit soapy. Some tasters speak about chemical. Wicca herbs. Orangerind, caramel, fishy-mineral and very faintly this soapy character again. Light body if quite slick. Not very carbonated. Flavours fade but for the orangerind. Not infected, but neither one of Dany's better ones. Txs to Stef!

Small, lightly yellowish head over beer, looking as diluted orange juice. Dried, but also old hops. Citrus(peel), green tea, straw. Citruspeel with a light citrussy acidity. Lupulin, dank. Again faintly straw. Very present, titillating carbonation, almost lipsmacking. Light to medium bodied, if very hopoil slick. Not bad at all. Txs to Joren!

Good fine white head over fully hazy yellow beer. Asafoetida, wallpaper glue, acquatic plants, pineapple. Sourish, citric acid, sweet-sour with again pineapple. Backthroat there is indeed a mango flavour. The cocos remains hidden until the aftertaste. Light, refreshing. Very well carbonated. Seems to pull in different directions, balance not really achieved. Txs to Joren!
