The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Small brown rim over deep dark-brown beer. Very, very sweet coffee, Haagse Hopjes liquidized. Sweet mocha, coffee, roast, sugar, molasses. Finish has dry coffee and even some black chocolate. Quite slick, well-bodied, alcoholic. A tad too syrupy for me! Txs to Marko!

Draught Small white rim on a clear golden beer. Thai spices, pale malts, lemongrass, sugars and dry herbs. Good exotic hops, finish is maltsweet. Bit empty in the end; good carbonation. OK. Txs to Marko!

Draught at the Praha pub Very good, frothy head over utterly black beer. Dry, dry hopsacks, peppery, bit of chewing gum. Very dry, but finally sporting a bit of maltsugars. Pine needles, resiny hop. Medium bodied, quite slick. I'm a sucker for black IPA's. This one satisfies.

Draught Deep amber brown beer with a good stable yellow, frothy head. Again sulphur, toast, molasses, straw, bread. Dark brown bread with a small hop superposition. Sulphur, wood, chocolate. Medium bodied, slick, quite carbonated. Nice.

Draught at the Praha Nalevarna pub Rusty, almost clear beer with a steady yellowish head. Fresh toasted malts with an ever so slightly smoky touch. Sweet, malty, but with a nice bitter hoppy finish. Straw, toast, and lots of malts, and again somewhat sulphury. Light body, bitterbite even fiery in the MF. Nice, the kind of beer that makes you go back. And I prefer the sulphur to the diacetyl I was fearing.

Draught at the Praha Nalevarna pub Very thick yellowish head, stable, over dull, copperish amber beer. Fresh malts, smelling for all the world as hanging over a fermenting vessel, sulphury. Extremely fresh, just finished beer as from the lagertank. Malts, toasted & pale, crisp, toasted cereals with a dash of hops. Light, well-carbonated. Light, but surprisingly good.

Draught Small white head, stable, over hazy yellow-golden beer. Very herbal/spicy, perfumey even, with grains, pale malt. Sweet-herbal. Again, as all these Thomaskirch beers, a much drier, almost bitterish end-flavour. Perfumey throughout. Medium to good carbonation, gristslick, long lasting flavours. Not bad. Wondering what the ingredients are specifically.

Draught Small white head over hazy yellowish golden beer, finely carbonated. Sweet, fresh pale malts, bit grassy, hay. Fresh pale malts again, with herbs, hay. Seriously bitter finish, almost vegetable. Medium to well carbonated, slick, reasonably bodied without being thick. Decent pils, as freshly made beer.

Draught Medium, stable, yellow, dense head over deep amber beer, rather still. Roast, roasted chestnuts, sweet malts, plywood, oakleaf. Sweet, light roast with backthroat dry bitterness, leafy, horsechestnuts. Feels probably better bodied than it is. Low carbonation, bit sticky. Quite OK, maybe a tad too sweet initially.
