The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Small ring of cream bubbles over jet-black beer. Liquorice, black bread, dark malts with very light roast. Dark malts, dry brown bread, faint maltsugars, liquorice. Medium bodied, slick; soft carbonation. Not bad; "Porter", OK, but also a bit Schwarzbier, depending on the yeast.

Draught Pink head, fast going over deep red, opaque beer. Sour fruit, red berries, lactic acid and also black bread. Red fruit with again an extra, almost liqueurish flavour. Still light in drinking thanks to a nice sour flavour. Medium bodied, if very slick to oily; medium carbonation. I wish all pastry sours were this little pastry.

Draught Small lace, transparant, over deeper amber beer, still. Dry caramel nose, maybe mushrooms, almonds. Sweet, restsugars abundant, toasted malts & some caramel. Again some almonds. Medium bodied, bit sticky. Decent, but no more than a 13 to the dozen.

Draught Medium to good, lacey yellow head over fully hazy orange beer. Caramel, toasted malts, faint rainwater. Bitter cardamom (not black!), spicy. Bitter caramel underneath. Medium bodied @ least, soft carbonation, long lasting spicy flavour. I think one ought to have gone out of the way, and searched for black cardamom, instead of powder.

Draught Small cream-coloured head over virtually black beer. Sweetish roast, roasted nuts, bit of treacle. Sweet roast again, well balanced. Breadcrust, bit of molasses but certainly not overly sweet. Medium bodied at least. Good carbonation. Nowhere bad!

Draught Good, stable yellowish head over metallic darker golden beer. Yet another smelling of fresh malts, malt tub, granary. Wet dog, intense, followed by the grains and malts from the nose. Very well carbonated, light to medium bodied. Classic, and not bad.

Draught Huge, dense, yellowish head over pale, lemonjuice-coloured beer. Smells indeed as opening a pot of green pesto. Basil all over the place. The same in taste, if with a nice dash of lemon juice. Lactic acid. Light body, acidthinning, not really sharp. Good carbonation. Daring! But it did succeed - congrats!

Draught Bright amber, clear beer under a frothy yellow head. Another one smelling like a granary or maltloft. Sweetish flavour with caramel, parsley and fresh malts, partly toasted. Medium bodied, quite slick and sticky; not very carbonated. OK.

Draught No head left but for yellow rim; bright reddish amber beer. Rainwater, faintly coloured malts and faintly... fruity? Totally different situation in the mouth, where the 'old' (aged) flavour chestnut flour often conveys to beer is immediately apparent. Sweet, caramel, biscuit. Bit sticky. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Ticks the boxes. Sweet, but that is difficult to avoid with this.
