MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries.
I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Small yellowish head over hazy metallic orange-golden beer. Toasted malts, wholemeal bread, Knäckebröd. Sweeetish-bitterish, again wholemeal, again Knäckebröd (quite specific), bready, toasted. Quite slick if light body, well-carbonated. Getting a rather positive impression; only: it fails to show the dry-hopping, more's the pity. Txs to Stef!

Towering, dense & fine yellowish tinted head over fully hazy ochre-orange beer. Herbal/spicy nose, unidentifyable but definitely spicy; yeast and sweet. Spicy, quite fiery MF and flavour. Toast, yeastfeatures, human sweat. Quite some restsugars however; Quite chewy, well-bodied (much for a "tripel"), well-carbonated. The moniker "tripel" sits uneasy on this one. Belgian strong blonde would be more apt (sweetness, lacking attenuation, etc.) Txs to Stef!

Small yellowish head over deep yellow-golden beer. Malts, pale & lightly toasted, a "beery", earthy, grassy nose with toast and corn. Bitterish, lime/lemonpeel, light toast and herbal/hayish malts. Again a tad earthy, hopp. Quite well-carbonated, wheatslick, bit chewy. The nose proved a bit predictably ho-hum, but the flavour is a lot more acceptable, and even a bit original. Txs to Merel!

Good white head, irregular, over hazy orange-golden beer. Smells of 't putteke and lemon/lime, craft beauty prdducts, horseblanket, earthy - strange bedfellows. Horseblanket, lime, lemon, farmyard, wheat, again some faint perfumey whiff. Acidburn and -thinning, light lipsmacking acidity, good carbonation. More than acceptable oude gueuze, but, I'm sorry, nowhere exceptional. Txs to Stef!

No head, pouring viscously as motor oil; dark brown liquid. Sweet, syrupy, prunes, other dark dried fruit, raisins. Bitterish, even a bit wry-woody, overlaying the sweet-syrupy-pruney flavour. Faraway acidity. Fresh bitter treeleaves, horsechestnut. Full bodied, alcoholwarming, oily, rather low carbonation. Serious punch. Txs to Stef!

Ochre beer with a faint pink sheen, head only alive for scant seconds. End of bottle solid deposit. Vinous nose, pink grapes, bit raspberry, faraway beetroot, purple gooseberry. Lemony, unripe raspberry, lime and of course vinous. Despite the serious acidity the overall impression is very balanced. Light acidburn and -thinning. Bit slick, adequate carbonation. There's many a Belgian brewery that would love to do this (especially that balance...), but maybe that would also turn into financial disaster. Snik.

Small off-white rim over opaque orange beer. Dry herbs and grasses. Bit leafy, toast and plywood. Sweet smell, the cassonade coming through. Sweet with a marked alcohol stamp. Again a tad woody, plywood, solvent, toast, sugar - as marzipan and wood. Medium bodied at least, slick to oily. Very well-carbonated. Stevig als dertien in't dozijn

Very good white head over clear metallic golden beer. Dry cookies, fresh malts, old books, dry grass, hints at corn. The same in the oral cavity, plus a faint resiny flavour, rather pine-like than hoppy. Quite oily-slcik, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Doesn't give its 7% away. Classic. Txs to Stef!
