The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Head fast reduced to off-white rim over clear redcopper beer. Leafy nose, caramel, toffee, but not really sugary. Sweetish, with a remarkable, mild acidity, bit citrussy, bit as unripe pear. Again leafy. Light body, bit undercarbonated, quite slick. Not bad! Utterly new brewery to me, but 98 seems to refer to the date of start - from the Peppermill American House. Txs to Stef!

Head gone in seconds, leaving crystal clear metallic golden beer. Vinous, white grapes, bit mineral, cristallized vegetable molecules. Vinous, almost sparkling wine-like, vonkelwijn. Underlying fruitsugars, totally natural. Light if really slick-oily feel, soft carbonation. Very good IGA, rigorously following the Italian legislation.

Small whitish rim over clouded orangey beer. Spicy nose, citrus, exotic fruit, buttermilk. Dry, citrussy and fruitpeel flavours; dried fruitpulp, potpourri. At least medium bodied, quite hopoilslick, good carbonation. Quite decent IPA. Txs to Joren!

Huge, white whipped eggwhite-like head over veiled, well-carbonated orangey golden beer. Very spicy, peppery, and very yeasty. Bit fiery MF, white breadcrust, faint white candi sugar. Again a bit of pepper and other spices, other grain flour. Light body, very carbonated, slick to viscous. Fantôme seems to have acquired a house yeast, imposing itself on every beer. As to the diacritic signs, I'm sure they mean something, but it's beyond my comprehension. Txs to Stef!

Small white head over veiled pale yellow beer with a greenish sheen. Faint citrus, salicylic acid, flour, green herbs. Sof sweetness, citrus without acidity, faint childrens' candy. Light, if nowhere empty; adequate carbonation. Ho-hum. Txs to Stef!
