The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Huge, yellow head, dense, over veiled, well-carbonated red-amber beer. Bread, dark green leaves, caramel, wet cardboard, faintly peppery. Dry, even with the caramel flavour, dried leaves. Light body, just a bit slick; medium carbonation. Decent! Txs to Joren!

Draught Medium, stable, lightly yellowish head over utterly cloudy yellow beer, leaving textbook lace. Nice citrussy/resiny hopoils, asafoetida. Same in the flavour, with a fine underlying sweetness, not unlike pineapple ester. Again just a tad asafoetida, resin. Feels very "filled", chewy, oily, despite not being really heavy. Good carbonation. Good, bit strange chewiness, if attractive.

Draught Huge, baby pink head over clear carmosine beer. Wood, pine tree, sour cherry, vinous. All different aromas in perfect harmony. Deep complex flavour with fresh sour cherries, wooden pipes, tannines; a herbal touch that must be the vineleaf. Lipsmacking acidity, ultra-dry, dry-out effect and soft acidthinning and -burn. Amazingly good beer, ranking amongst the best kriek variations available.

Draught Fluffy, yellowish to transparant head over orangey-amber beer. Bit medicinal, in the best possible way, from the herbalist' store, chlorophyl, wood, faraway mint. The same flavour(s) returning, set upon classical, rather young lambic flavour. Chlorophyl, woody, lemony. Astringent, dry-out effect, acidthinning, almost no carbonation. Interesting flavour. There must be a better word than medicinal, but I can't touch upon it.

Draught Very good white head, dense, over fully hazy ochre beer, fine lace. Classic fruity nose, very faint ureum, bit of resin. Bitterish, resiny and dry fruit(peel). Bit unidimensional. Faint hopoil slickness, medium carbonation, light body. A bit dull-ish, certainly for already 6.9%.
