The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Pitch black beer under a lacey russet-cream head, with Brugse kant lace. Roast, breadcrust (fresh bread), some herbs and hops. Metallic impression. Sweetish roast and dito breadcrust, even some Maillard. Finish and aftertaste are drier, almost ashy, but the hops are difficult to find. Uniform sweeter flavour, the hopoils only in the MF. Nice dark ale, but calling it black IPA might be stretching it IMHO.

Draught Small if persistent white head, irregular, over faintly hazed golden beer. Sorry, insectrepellant - OK, let's say lemonbalm, and aniseed or fennel. Some caramel, citrus. Orangepeel, again this faint lemonbalm + lavender (the Bergamot, no doubt). Wheat, limepeel, even some amandine and finally Bergamot essence. Medium bodied, very slick, medium to good carbonation. Long-lasting flavours. The aroma could come over as unsettling initially, in the end, I like it way more than a classical wit.

Draught Lacey, dwindling white head over hazy yellow beer. Aromatic-spicy nose, again potpourri with lemon and exotic fruit. Unfortunately more dull in the taste with some classical IPA notes as citrus, exotic fruit, however all very demure. Dry-bitterish finish. Quite hopoilslick, soft carbonation, light body. Not unmeritorious. The nose is really nice.

Draught Medium, dense white head over hazy yellow beer. Pastry indeed, clear lemon meringue. Hits the nail, but it has an overdose of vanillasugar. Citric acid, lemon, lactic acid, faint(er) vanilla, and I guess lactose. Acidthinning, low carbonation, medium bodied. Wry, dry-out effect. Nose wouldn't incite me for another, but in the taste things get corrected, certainly OK.

Draught Dense, fine white head, stable, over fully hazy lemonjuice-coloured beer. Chewing gum, mint, chlorophyl, other green herbs, maybe some cilandro, and of course, citrus(peel). Citrus, spicy without real bitterness, something as whitebread crust. Restrained resin. Slick, oily with medium to good carbonation. Flavours fade a bit in time. Quite nice IPA, classical fruity, but all boxes ticked.
