The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Very good, just off-white head, stable, over veiled orange-golden beer. Leather polish, horseblanket, Bretts, farmyard, green apples, seafruit, acids. Mineral-dry, farmyard. Ultra-special, mineral-hardboard, faintly hard pears (rather than the apples from the nose); leather, sawdust. Light to medium bodied, with some acidthinning; very well-carbonated, slick. Mind-blowing original flavour (this dry, crisp minerality), never before in a gueuze. I'm flabbergasted. And delighted.

Medium, if dense white head over finely carbonated darker golden beer, clear. Grainy, boozy, hints at vanilla, even diary, and quite some cocos. But mainly boozy nose. Cocos, especially retronasal. Vanilla, raw alcohol, boozy. Peach. Very sweet in general. Alcoholburn, fiery, and oily-slick. Good carbonation. "Infused" is making it cheap, easy. Barrel lagering gives complexity and depth.

Fast gone white head over fully hazy yellow beer. Asafoetida, bit of ureum, citruspeel, half-dried herbs & vegetables. Very intense citrusflavour, grapefruit, ugli, citruspeel, faint resin. Really chewy, good, if invisible carbonation, oily-slick. This is an IPA one can eat. Special.

Very good, dense, slowly collapsing if persistent head, fed by fine carbonated clear orange-copper beer. Spicy, bit metallic nose, gassy; fresh malts. Sweet, grainy, malty. Half-dried leaves; faintly almondy - both sweet and bitter almonds. Tastes alcoholic despite its modest ABV. The sweetness comes over as if not fully attenuated. Well-carbonated, very slick; medium to well-bodied. Almost sticky. In the end, not that much different from 'ordinary' La Trappe. Txs to Stef!

Almost clear ruby & orange-shot cola-coloured beer with a small cream rim. Dark brown sugar, liquorice, hardboard. Just a little bit roast, almost bitter, superimposed on the expected flavours from above. Instead of brown sugar, obviously lactose. Quite slick, almost viscous; not very carbonated, medium bodied. Amusing, not special; 'milk stout' is the right denomination. Txs to Stef!

Fast gone white head over fully hazy orangeish tinted golden beer. Sweetish-fruity. Thinking of passion fruit and yellow kiwi. Fruity, light sweetness and ditto acidity, bit as citric or ascorbic acid. Light green leaves, exotic fruit, faintly mineral. Well-carbonated, fresh; medium bodied at best. Just a bit too sweet for being refreshing. Not half bad, but I preferred the kriek, schuldige, Sauerkirsch.

Very dense, bubbly, persistent lightly yellowish head over fully hazy, very carbonated pale yellow beer. Spicy, chamomille, garden herbs & weeds, hints at white candi sugar. Again spicy, herbal flavour. Dry (white candi), and vegetable flavours. Feels very carbonated, quite slick and creamy texture. Medium bodied. Oh, certainly not bad, but you won't get seesawing over it. IMHO more saison than Kölsch.
