I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Rosy-cream coloured head over ruby-highlighted black... fluid. Honey é preserved cherries. Impossibly intense. Sour from cherries, perfumey from... the same. Retronasal almost as smelling from a ladies' boudoir, but gorgeous all the same. Honey... in some disturbing way. All hints of dried fruit, essenced or tinctured. Really deeply complex. Sticky, oily, alcoholbomb. Full bodied, not carbonated in fact. Take away 1/3 of the sugars, and I'lI long for this every day.

Draught No head but beige rim over jet-black beer. Bourbon, rum, raisins, black chocolate, holly. Quite boozy nose. Chocolate, coffee cream, Bourbon, vanilla. Soft roast, just a tad meaty. Somewhere vinous, as wine made from raisins. Chewy, alcoholic, voluptuous, oily. Low carbonation. Impressive, absolutely.

Draught Utterly clear, still, metallic golden beer, headless. Leather, leatherpolish, dried grapes as in Eiswein, cognac sour. Dried grapes, Botrytis, again Eiswein-like. Very little real acidity, but really dry. Sultanas with half the sugars dissolved in fruitacids. Very slick, oily, almost sticky despite all the drying acids. People told me the alcohol is hidden. Not really, it betrays its force in various ways. But as how they did this, I'm bewildered. Just superb.

Very fluffy, lacey white head over fully hazy orange-ochre beer. Fresh C-hops, all kinds of citruspeel, especially orange & grapefruit. Hint of (other)grains. Ever so slightly cheesy. Dry hopbales. Very citrussy flavour as well; citruspeel, faint asafoetida, again other grains. Exotic fruit & vegetables. Bit of bananapeel. Very dry; quite well-bodied, chewy; good carboantion. Almost wry. Quite good DIPA, achievement for a relatively new brewery.

Draught Deep opaque purple beer with a darker cyclamen, fluffy head. Inviting nose of dark fruit & berries. Homemaking jam during the cooking. Very slightly earthy. Flavour seriously different from the nose. Still fruity à souhait, but bonedry. Earthy, undergrowth, and a jumble of acids. Dry-out effect, lipsmacking acidity. Fruit-filled, soft carbonation. That is one for the true sour fruit afficionados. Like me.
