I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Small whitish rim over veiled amber-red beer. Lactic acid, sour cherry, old portwine, soured red wine, red preserved fruit. Very complex, intricate aromas. Quite harsh acids, lactic and fruitacids, old wine and sherry-like flavours, "flor". Preserved red fruit again, and in the very finish tobacco and tonka beans. Slick, oily feel, film-like, and light lipsmacking acidity, acidthinning. Even more complex than what I recall from the base Dirty Horse beer. Quite remarkable brew, give it any time!

Veiled amber-golden beer with an almost transparant small head. Rosewater, oxydation (well within BBd), rosepetals, caramelised candi, biscuit. The rosewater returns in the flavour, albeit with almost wry, bitter flavours, oakgall, ink; caramel underneath. Slick, hopoily; medium carbonation, bit empty finish. The use of lots and lots of oxydized hops, I guess? Txs to Stef!

Good snowwhite head over clear, lively carbonated golden beer. Amandine, some faint meaty esters, even solvent. Dusty, and getting sweeter in time, moss. Bit neutral as well, hence very drinkable as unremarkable - which is probably exactly the idea. Quite slick, oily, almost viscous, well-carbonated. As said, thirteen to the dozen. Txs to Stef!

Thick, lightly yellowish head over finely carbonated straw-yellow beer. Dry, but fruity nose, C-hops, grapes. Traubenzucker, sweet malts, and fruity esters from the hops. There's a slight pharmaceutical waft retronasal. Quite slick, bit oily, adequately carbonated. Finish leaves to be desired somewhat, but generally OK. Txs to Stef!

Good, if fast dwindling white head over clear metallic golden beer. Bit aromatic nose with rosewater, amandine, pale malts, sweet grain. Light bitterish initial impression, followed immediately by sweet malty flavours. I suspect adjuncts as corn or rice. Faint DMS and mineral. Utterly watery MF, faintly slick, undercarbonated. Metallic aftertaste, as from unfilmed can. Well, what did you expect °? (° txs to fizzy drink advertisement) Txs to Stef!
