Lubuskie IPA zachwyca swoim zapachem i zaskakuje smakiem dzięki starannie dobranej kompozycji surowców. Piwo górnej fermentacji, niefiltrowane, pasteryzowane. Do fermentacji w otwartych kadziach użyto drożdży US-05. Składniki: woda, słód jęczmienny, słód pszeniczny, słód monachijski, słód pale ale, chmiele: Centennial, Citra, Amarillo, Chinook, Cascade, Zeus, drożdże. Możliwy osad z naturalnych składników.

Veiled amber-golden beer with an almost transparant small head. Rosewater, oxydation (well within BBd), rosepetals, caramelised candi, biscuit. The rosewater returns in the flavour, albeit with almost wry, bitter flavours, oakgall, ink; caramel underneath. Slick, hopoily; medium carbonation, bit empty finish. The use of lots and lots of oxydized hops, I guess? Txs to Stef!

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Clear amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent carbonation. Soft malts, a little creamy sweetness. Light tangy marmalade hops, mild spice and a whisper of pine. Smooth semi dry finish shows mild grain in the malts. Okay.
