The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Small white head, fed by lively carbonated clear golden beer, lacey. Bit herbal nose, dry spices. Very faint white candi sugar, and not much else. Dry spices/herbs/leaves and some traces of oxydation. Pale malts, the finish being sweeter. Good carbonation, bit slick, light body. Not very interesting, I prefer the painting. Txs to Stef!

Very good, dense, light cream-coloured head over veiled amber beer. Herb, but also brown candi sugar, sweet brown bread, very malty; parsley, dried leaves. Quite less sugary, almost fresh bready flavour, again with light-coloured malts, dried leaves returning, but also some noble contintental hops. Somewhat chewy, good carbonation, medium bodied, slick. Aftertaste has a bitterness as from horsechestnut. Not bad, convincing unfiltered amber. Txs to Stef!

Very dense, irregular just off-white head, with fine lace over finely carbonated, veiled darker golden beer. Grapey, wild yeasts, ureum, sharp-ish. Different malts, again really grapey, and some fine hops. Just a tad vinous, and again some ureum. In the MF, the beer shows its non-negligable alcoholcontent. Very well-carbonated, viscous. Special, at least. Minne is really making it.

Layered lacey head from cream to brown, thick; black beer. Liquorice, chalk, chocolate and walnut liqueur, Nocino, leather. Walnutpeel explosing in the mouth, Nocino (bis), and tobacco. Warming up, it becomes even more liqueurish, sweet hints peeping through both roast and walnut. Very well bodied, chewy, voluptous, good initial carbonation. In the ocean of Imperial Stouts, Barrel aged/Pastry/syruped/etc/etc, something truly original and apart. Good!

Quite good, cream head over virtually black beer. Chocolate, liquorice, sweet roast, dark if sweet bread. Sweet roast, some ashes, chocolate, hints of coffee beans, chocolated koffiebonen, but also maltsyrup. Very finish has a backthroat hoppy bitterness, charcoal. Medium bodied at least, very oily feel, good carbonation. Not half bad, but it is not a real Doppelbock, IMHO. Txs to Stef!
