The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Huge, fluffy orangey head over copper-orange beer, lively carbonated and leaving shards of lace. Cardboard, white pepper, old oak, dark green leaves and wild yeasts. Dry, stonefruit; quinces, yes, if with all sugars extracted. Wild yeasts, some wood, exotic roots & vegetables. Preserved orangepeel. Feels well-bodied for a 6.3%, let alone a wild ale. Very good carbonation. Nice!!

Light gushing to white head, fast reduced to rim over clear golden beer, lightly carbonated. Brettanomyces, vinous nose, small white wine grapes. Vinous à souhait ; wild yeasts if very held-back. Again white grapes, floral, stonefruit as unripe nectarine or peach. Some discreet rootspice. Light body, sparkling pearling carbonation, grapejuice-slick. Amazing beer. Top sour from Oz!

Pale pink head, fast disappearing over flamingo-pink to strawberry coloured beer; shards of lace. Raspberry jam, raspberry cake. Not much else. Faint sourish, citrus-like flavour twirling around raspberry - if again more like (homemade) raspberry jam, than like fresh raspberries. Good balance sweet-sour. Good carbonation, lingering light acidity, fruit-slick. Pretty decent, amusing. Txs to Stef!

Label claims only 5.6% ABV Very good, persistent, cream-coloured head over veiled orangey amber beer. Rosewater, almonds, amandine, frangipane - sweet. First fleeting rosewater, then a harsh, oakleaf-like bitterness, acorns. Other grains , getting sweeter, tobaccoleaf. Well-bodied, very well carbonated, long lasting bitterness. But it ain't a hoppy bitterness, not really enjoyable, even if it becomes milder along the way. Txs to Stef!

Clear metallic darker golden beer, not very carbonated under a medium white head. Citrus (lime?), hint at chewing gum. Quite demure nose. Grains, sweetcorn, with a woody, almost-bitterness in the finish. Hardboard. Feels much better carbonated than it looks. Quite slick, falls a bit flat in the end. Not really great.

Slightly aged sample Small if persistent white head over veiled darker golden beer. Green leaves, vegetables, wet grain. Light sourish overtone on light-sweet malts. Finish is a tad bitter. Faint oxydation. Light body, quite well-carbonated, gristslick. Not the best, but the, however slight, aging might be responsible. Txs to Stef!
