The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Good yellow head over muddy yellow beer. Interesting nose with soft resisns, cypress, woodwax and exotic hops, lightly fruity, bananapeel. Dry-strawlike flavours; only faintly resiny, mainly in the very finish. Exotic fruit, dried and without much sugars; bananapeel and sweet potato. Hint of minerality. Feels very carbonated. Quite hopoilslick, medium bodied, almost refreshing. Not bad; strange discrepancy between what the nose suggested and the resulting flavours. Txs to Stef!

Some rust-coloured bubbles over jet-black beer, pouring as discarded motor oil. Liquorice, light sweetish roast, ink, dried dark fruit, fusels & alcohol. Sweet, roast, liquorice; soft, long-roasted meats, but also mead, Bourbon. Dried red dark fruit as plums, raisins, berries. Full bodied, furious alcoholheat, oily voluptuous. Really filthily rich, lol. Txs to Stef!

Good cream-coloured head over deep dark brown-red beer. Nutty, liquorice, fusels, (over)ripe banana. Red wine with liquorice, jap and old wine - strange combination - it works if only barely. Very rich, flavourfull, alcoholburn. Low to medium carbonation. Rich. La Pirata, change? Txs to Stef!

Dull redbrown beer, some disparate B.C.'H'. OId wine, christmas cake with Madeira, nuts, raisins, prunes. Red, party dried fruit, bottled Xmas cake, "boerejongens", old wooden (wine)casks. Alcohol thinning and light -burn, not very carbonated. Quite excellent, vinous, filthy rich Barley Wine. Vielen Dank, Tobias!

Slow gushing to white rim over bright, cold hazed golden beer. Sourish, wild yeast/Brettanomyces, rhubarb, sorrel, soured milk. About the same orally, maybe a bit soft-sweeter. Bit of salicylic acid. Half-dried leaves. Light acidthinning, quite slick, medium carbonation (!). Not half bad! I wish we'ld hear again more from de Blaugies. And from Champs Marmo, of course. Txs to Stef!
