Fles thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een troebel roodbruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout en rozijnen. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet en rozijnen achtig.

Bottle at home. Brown color, red hue, average sized beige to tan head. Aroma and flavor are malts, sticky sweetish a bit, raisin notes only lightly, but with a somewhat sticky sweet-bitter finish. Nice pleasant lingering sticky mouthfeel, suitable soft carbonation. I like it!

Dark amber colour, steady beige head. Dark fruits, berries, plum, licorice, some spices in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish fruity and berryish, plums, berryish, spices maybe starfruit? Solid, overall simple quadrupel, semi-sweet.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Nice dried plum with brown malts, caramel, more dried fruits, yeast, some spicy and sugary notes. Medium sweet, not boozy. Dried plum and general dried fruit in the finish. Good.
