The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Small white rim over veiled yellow golden beer. Asafoetida, pineapple, green herbs, citruspeel, lychee. Sweetish with a bitterish-metallic finish. Again citruspeel, and I seem to get lactose. Faint pineapple and some other fruit; lightly sweet-sourish impression. Quite slick, lightly chewy, almost sticky. Light carbonation. Not bad, amusing, and even somewhat original. Txs to Stef!

Transparant rim over metallic golden beer. Vinous, faintly lemony, white wine, even with a lot of grapey sweetness. Lactic acid, hint of wild yeasts, even Brettanomyces, lemon. Sweetness that I would attribuate to saccharose. Appropriately light; undercarbonated, still. Rather quite original take on the classic Berliner Weisse. Txs to Stef!

Shortlived, lightly yellowish head over cold hazed brown-amber beer. Strange nose with some instant coffee, lightly roasted nuts, and something as rosehip jam, as well as the leftovers in a healthy lunchbox from a pupil. Sweet coffee, cola, again a bit as roasted nuts. Human sweat in the aftertaste. Light, feels like utterly watered down coffee. Bit slick all the same; medium carbonation. Expresso from Ersatz coffee. Txs to Joren!

Small, if very stable snowwhite head over clear copperish metallic golden beer. Rather neutral nose, white candi sugar, alcohol, boozy aroma. Sweet-ish, boozy, alcohol, white candi sugar, whitebread, caramel, slightly scorched sugar, rum, sultanas. "Hot" malty, boozy with alcoholheat, but feeling empty. Rum is a dangerous to age beer in - and certainly lighter coloured beer. Hercule would have been a much better candidate for these barrels. Txs to Stef!

Aged sample Small, if steady cream coloured head over cola coloured beer. Smoke and husks a mile out; closer by sweet, fortified wine, raisins and some oxydation. And... coriander? Oxydation, madeira, sweet. However, nos smoke in the flavour, let alone peat... Strange. In the very aftertaste, there's a certain woody bitterness. Well bodied, age has thinned it a bit. Accuses its age, no doubt. The peat is simply absent. Txs to Stef!

Toweringly huge, light amberish head over fully hazy dark brown beer. Dark candi sugar, herbal and garden weeds, melanoidins, soupy aroma. Malty, herbal and melanoidins. And then there's an acidity - not unwelcome but is it wanted? It is enhanced by the high carbonation, but still... Medium bodied at least, very slick, almost viscous, towards overcarbonated. I'm suspicious - how will it be at the BBd (+ 1.5 yr.)?
