On tap at Taphouse by Salvaje Cerveza, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of PB2 powder, sugars, and cocoa. Flavour is fairly rich, with lots of PB2 powder, cocoa, and moderate sugars. Pretty good incorporation of the PB flavouring. Not complex but balanced recently. Alright.

4.4/10 Appearance 5 Aroma 5 Flavor 4 Texture 4 Overall 4
On tap at Taphouse by Salvaje Cerveza, pours a clear golden with a small white head, and served with chili salt on the side of the glass like a margarita. Aroma has some chili spices, salt, and a touch of lemon. Flavour is dominated by the lemon, with saline, and, thankfully, no chili unless you drink from that side of the glass. Pretty boring lime lager really. Meh.

6.6/10 Appearance 6 Aroma 7 Flavor 7 Texture 6 Overall 6.5
On tap at Taphouse by Salvaje Cerveza, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of Belgian yeast, dry bready malt, some toffee, and a touch of red fruits. Flavour is robust, with a nice lightly estery Belgian yeast expression, light toffee, red fruits, and bready malt. Needs to be drier and more carb’d but it’s pretty solid.

6.6/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 6 Texture 6 Overall 6.5
On tap at Taphouse by Salvaje Cerveza, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly tepid, with gentle roast and earthy hops. Flavour has medium roast, toasted bread, and light-to-moderate bittering hops, but without much real hop expression flavour-wise. Balance is good but this needs more hops, more roast, and general amping up. Good effort though.
