Flavour has light toasted malt, some earthiness, light staleness, and a touch of cocoa. Dry, very light, finishing with cocoa and stale bready. Not bad but not great.

On tap at Cerveceria Central, pours a clear pale dull golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle piney hops, toasted malt, and some biscuity notes. Flavour is light, with gentle piney hops, biscuity malt, and light cereal grains. Clean and pleasantly hopped, but quite subdued. Serviceable.

I had very high hops for this place, since, in the past, they've done big barrel-aged beers and other ambitious styles. Unfortunately, the taplist was pretty uninteresting when we visited, with maybe 8 house taps (the most interesting being a raspberry gose). Flights of 4 available for under $8 (or single 5 oz pours for $1.5-2). Super friendly, English-speaking servers. It's a bit annoying to get out here, but Uber is so cheap here that it's not going to break the bank to come out here from the centre of town. Worth a visit.

Nice spot that was very busy when we visited on a Saturday evening. No flights, just 10 and 16 oz pours, but our server was happy to give up to 3 samples. Beer quality was decent, with most things we tried being competently done. Nothing special, but probably worth a visit when doing the rounds.

On tap at Taphouse by Salvaje Cerveza, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has pretty weak honey and heaps of seltzery notes. Flavour is medium-sweet, with lots of seltzery notes and medium-sweet honey. Not complex at all and too carbonated. Not terrible but this has many things off for such a thing.
