On tap at 3 Gatos, pours an opaque pale orange with a small white head. Nose is pretty muted, with faded orange, no real hop expression. Flavour is somewhat fruity, with faded mango, not really any hop expression. Not egregious but obviously not a well-brewed beer.

On tap at 3 Gatos, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out a fruity coffee (Latin American-style), with toasted malt holding this together. Flavour is… dear lord, atrocious as all hell: soy sauce, burnt notes. Fuck me is this terrible.

On tap at 3 Gatos, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of apple core, with sugars, and hay. Flavour is more like apple juice, with lots of green apple core, sugars, definitely no funk at all—how is this “wild”? Not good.

Close to many other breweries, this place was a mixed bag. Customs flights of 6 available, with about 12-14 beers available. Beer quality ranged from atrocious to decent. Friendly, English-speaking service. Not a mandatory stop by any means, but might be worth a look when doing the rounds in this neighbourhood

On tap at PBC, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has stale malts, BO… yep, another atrocity. Flavour is likewise stale, with BO, old malts. Man, how can you sell shit like this?
