Clear pale golden with a white head. Bold hop notes of pine, grass, tropical citrus fruits. A bit of sweet pale malts back the whole thing up. Medium body. Finish is a touch sweet with bitter dank notes that finally gets semi-dry. Really dug this one.

Medium brown with a light tan head. Big malty baddie with toffee, cereal grain, light baking spice, chocolate. Finish has a little spice heat and plenty of chewy malty goodness. Full bodied. I wanna go to this valley.

A nice bar serving their beers in multiple size formats. Flights were available, which may have been the only place that offered them I saw. Indoor and outdoor seating available, which is great on a nice summer afternoon. Service was friendly and quick. Well appointed place in a great location near the castle. Worthy of some of your time if you are in the area.

Clear golden. Clean, lightly toasted malts, earthy and lightly spicy hops, faint fruit. Medium bodied. Finish has a nice snap to it that keeps the malts from getting too forward. Straightforward and refreshing.

Black with a medium beige head. Body is a bit thin but still in teh medium realm. Roasted malts, sweet licorice, a bit of burnt malts, some background dark fruits. Finish is medium dry with some bitterness. Decent.

Caramel with an off-white head. Caramel, faint smoke, a bit o’ chocolate, and bitter notes. Thin bodied. Finish has light caramel and grain notes that are bulldozed by intense bitterness. Overall, it’s a decent brew for what it is.

Black with a firm beige head. Roasted malts, burnt malts, light smoke, bitter cocoa powder, earth, and lightly sweet molasses in the back. Finish is bittersweet and dry. Full bodied. Delightful.
