Bottle from Bierothek Bamberg. Clear chestnut golden, golden lace. Very juicy base, roasted, nutty, light herb and berry on caramel, a hint stickiness, warm spice finish, quite quaffable winter warmer.

Popped in for a quick afternoon sampler of their beer. The inside is nicely renovated with a light airy room on two levels, somehow both cozy and bright, The only shame is perhaps that the windows still are frosted so you cannot see the water outside - probably conservation reasons for that. Very friendly barman told us to sit where we wanted and the servers were very nice and attentive as well. Did not have food, but others seemed to enjoy theirs. Will certainly be back in a little while when all the beers have been dialed in exactly right.

Can. Milky copper, white cream. Spritzy broad citrus notes, Medium full creamy body, tropical dessert creme, full on fruity sparkles, light spice like in a tripel, mellow fizz, pleasant fruitrind, grass, herb bitterness, intense fun.

Cloudy dark amber to brown, tan cream.
Umami roasted aroma.
Medium full body, fine sparkles. melanoidin, berry caramel notes, herbal and grassy hops which stay in the aftertaste, nice.
