Leighton Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Lovely stuff. Rich yet subtle. Sturdy roast, torched wood, earth, a little ash, charred caramel. Overly toasted whole grain bread. Had a nice toothy bitterness about it. Well balanced, too. Solid.

Lean and clean. Softly acidic, some mellow pine, lemony twang, a little salty bite. Not complex but it doesn’t need to be. Dry finish, tart and quenching. Nicely balanced, highly drinkable.

Quite a basic NA lager. Drinkable but quite basic. Simple crispy cereal, a little grain, minimal bitterness, biscuity accents. OK.

Excellent NA offering. Bright and vibrant, nice southern hem hop expression, soft sweetness, a little pithy lemon. Mildly dank. Solid.

Very mellow but totally drinkable. Doesn’t scream NA, just is quite tame. Mild Belgian yeast expression, pale biscuits, lemony accents. Happy to sink this.

Nicely fresh and malty. Some yeast expression. A little tangerine, fresh grain. Mellow bitterness, a little straw, citrus rind. Melon, pale bread and biscuit. Highly drinkable.
