Fergus Profile - Brewver

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A thick oily opaque black brown coloured pour with no head. Aroma is big orange oil, dark chocolate, cocoa, posh jaffa cake, some booze. Flavour is composed of semi sweet thick oily orange, cinnamon, Christmas spices, orange liqueur, bitter dark chocolate in the finish, intense chocolate orange. Palate is semi sweet, slick, full bodied, oils, mellow carbonation. Very nice.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A hazed peachy pink coloured pour with a lasting loose white pink head. Aroma is big floral, po perrie, Turkish delight, rose hips, tangy. Soapy. Flavour is composed, semi sweet, light tang, rose, watermellon, celery, floral, po perrie, lavender. Some savory cracker in tye finish. Palate is semi sweet, crisp and tart, highish powdery carbonation. Very unusual. Packs good flavour for the low abv.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A milky yellow straw coloured pour with a a fine white head that sticks to the edges. Aroma is semi sweet, floury wheat, rubber, tarmac, light tang, pithy apple. Flavour is composed of, powdery apple, green tart apple,super crisp and tart, powdery,, pithy lemon rind in the finish.. Palate is super crisp, tart and refreshing, pithy, powdery carbonation. Nice.

Aroma is semi sweet, mixed tropical, white fruit, melon balls, pear, Lychee, spicy citrus. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty bready grains, light alcohol bite, medium bitterness, orange rind, light delicate florals. Palate is semi sweet, light alcohol bite, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.

Aroma is semi sweet, rolled grains, creany, melon, white grape, pear, delicate florals. Flavour is composed thin bready grains, mineral, grassy hop, hint of weed, grassy. Palate is a bit thin, chalky, moderate fine carbonation. A bit wishy washy.

Aroma is nice rustic bready grains, orange rind, tangerine, opal fruits, Lychee, pear. Flavour is composed of earthy bread crust, grassy orange, orange oil, assertive grassy bitterness,. Palate is semi sweet, grain husk dryness, moderate fine carbonation. Good stuff.
