Green apple, wood, pear, raisin, sweet whisky. Sweetish green apple, raisin, bitter coffee bean. Woody, medicinal finish, warming sweet whisky alcohol. Thin oily texture. Pretty good whisky Stout, but not amazing.

Beef stock & jerky, clove, black olive, soy sauce, dark fudge. Very sweet date, raisin, brown sugar, dark fudge, artificial chocolate sauce. Warming chocolate jenever-like alcohol. Oily texture. Feels unfinished, like the dots aren’t connected.
Banana, yeast, wet clove, ripe plum, apple peel, jenever. Sweet banana & plum, lots and lots of phenols, yeast, white sugar. Boozy vodka-like alcohol. Fizzy carbonation to top it off. Just no.
Coffee bean, fondant, toast, prune. Sweetish prune, sourish blackcurrant, dark chocolate & coffee bean. Earthy hops, bitter toast. Bit creamy texture. Bitter, creamy, no frills.
Coffee grounds, toast, charcoal, raisin. Sweetish raisin & brambleberry, bitter toast & coffee. Earthy hops, tobacco. Short finish, somewhat watery texture. This had more potential, but somehow didn’t come to fruition.

Butter (diacetyl), cookie dough, raspberry jam. Sweet cookie dough & butter, sourish raspberry. Raspberry, but also red candy in the finish. Thin texture. It's all so simple. I don’t think Mad Scientist can offer something I like anymore.
Candied ginger, coconut flakes, vanilla, white pepper, pineapple. Sweetish pineapple, sourish lime, bitter spicy ginger. Peppery hops. Fizzy carbonation. I like ginger, but I’m still not sure whether it belongs in beer or not. This one certainly doesn’t support that idea.
