Clear golden, thin, white head. Aroma of barnyard, leather, sour cream, oak, stone fruit. Taste of sour plum, gooseberries, funky leather, sour cream. Tart stone fruit pit, soft woody tannins, white grape skin. White wine effect mostly. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Enjoyably delicate.

Fondant, almond, toast, tobacco. Sweetish raisin, coffee & cream, bit herbal & earthy-nutty. Pronounced earthy hops, coffee & tobacco. Elegant.

Unripe plum, grape, mandarin, melon, cereal, bread crust. Sweetish melon & plum, sourish citrus, bready-yeasty body. Grassy hops in the finish, dry, cereally. Average carbonation. Good enough!

7 March 2025. At Beer in a Box Adventskalender 2024 Tasting. Cheers to the whole crew!

Not part of said tasting, but thrown in as a little extra. Caramel sauce, liquorice, bell peppers. Sweet caramel, biting chili pepper and bell pepper. Empty, hot, chili-fueled finish and warming vodka-like alcohol. Not the best encounter, but I might retry it if I can share with some friends.

Blueberry juice, pralines, chocolate sauce, burnt pancake, caramel, vague vomit. Sweet pralines, vanilla, blueberry jam, dark fudge. Herbal hops, quite fruity, chocolatey, some warming liqueur-like alcohol. Unrefined, tasty for once in a small amount.
