P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Juicy, bitter, balanced.

T: sweetish peach & grape; bitter grapefruit, dank onion.
F: very bitter peppery hops, grapefruit & citrus pith; dash of gin-like alcohol.

T: sour lime, wheat, sourdough.
F: tart lime, stone fruit, funky yoghurt.
P: light to medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.

T: sour orange, apricot & plum; wheat, sourdough; white tea.
F: tart citrus, grape and woody sherry.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Clean & refreshing; pushing the boundary of the Sour IPA but managing to stay within the style. Very good!
