Hand pulled half pint in the Crazy Dragon (Whitchurch) on 23rd May 2025. Clean golden body, white crown. Tropical fruit aroma and taste, leaning towards sweet fruitiness and certainly not 'dank' in nature. Nice!

Hand pulled half pint in the Crazy Dragon (Whitchurch) on 23rd May 2025. Golden body, almost clear; white affair on top. Hoppy with both piney and citrusy notes, some caramel malty sweetness squeezed in too, but it's a hoppy bitter IPA primarily.

Half-pint in the Crafty Dragon, Whitchurch on 23rd May 2025. Clear golden body, no real head. On the sweet side of the apple spectrum.

Hand pulled half pint from the Baltic Fleet, Liverpool; drank outside in the late afternoon sunshine. Dirty red body, beige crown. Smells of Rye, tastes of Rye, it's dominated by the Rye, struggled to like it.

Hand pulled half pint from the Baltic Fleet, Liverpool; drank outside in the late afternoon sunshine. Nice looking beer, amber with a decent crown on top. Orchard fruit aroma and initial taste, some semi-sweet maltiness comes in and changes the flavours, easy going Bitter and pleasant in the sun.

Hand pulled half pint from the Baltic Fleet, Liverpool; drank outside in the late afternoon sunshine. Black bodied, tanned roof, malty and semi rich in flavour and depth, toasted oat like base taste with more roasted maltiness mid sip. Decent.

Visited on 23rd May 2025 with Margie, Auntie Sue, Andy, Lu Lu and Bertie. Old shop conversion offering cask and keg lines from Magic Dragon and one or two guests and ciders. Basic layout, chalk boards with the beers names. Friendly barman and a nice new addition to the beer scene in Whitchurch.

Two and a half hand pulled pints in The Mitre, Witheridge (Devon) at lunchtime on 21st May 2025. Lovely ruby red body, clean and clear, off white crown on each pour. Malty and orchard fruits in the aroma and taste, easy going beer and an ideal lunchtime quaffing ale.
