Visited Saturday afternoon on 2nd August 2025 with Margie, Matt, Annabelle and Seren. This is a large complex based around a traditional German Bierhall and Garten. There is also a smaller bar (not in the Bierhall area, it's a burger place) that sells draft beer and a store with a fairly interesting selection of European beers, Swiss, Armenia, Germany, Ukraine and Belgian. I picked up 6 new bottles for rating. The main bars (there are several within the Bierhall bit) have 10 draft options, one local the rest well known German beers, such as, Warstiener, Oktoberfest offerings from Paulaner, Spatan and Weihenstephaner, plus a Wiezen. Food is good and large. Other shops and stuf within the complex and you can make a full afternoon of it, wandering around and looking into the various stores (Dirndl & Lederhosen, Bakery, Clocks, Pet Food, Junk, Coffee cafe, Vape, French Crapes, etc, etc). Live bands and events most weekends, Oktoberfests being their major player. We had fun and ate well. No new draft ticks for me but I enjoyed the two beers I had.

US Pint can from O'Sheas, poured into a Kasteel chalice (twice) at my daughters place in Laguna Hills on 1st August 2025. Near black body, tanned head that became a wisp and collar very quickly on both pours. Intense maple syrup and coffee nose, these esters carry on into the boozy flavours, almost harsh coffee taste tempered by the maple syrup sweetness. Walnut like flavours try and butt in and it becomes a little 'nutty' as it warms in the glass. All in all a very nice 'Nightcap' and a beer that will help me sleep (Jet Lag still playing havoc with my sleeping and I've been here 9 days).

US Pint can from O'Sheas, poured (twice) into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass on 1st August 2025 at my daughters place in Laguna Hills. It's bright opaque atomic orange and taste like soda, not like a beer at all really. Second pour gave lumps. No head, loads of 'fizz' and a distinct lack of hops or malts. Will need to clean my teeth before having my last beer of the night, this is a sweet monster and should carry a health warning. New brewery and another Florida tick, might give these guys a miss from now on though!

500ml bottle from 99 Ranch Market, a huge Asian Superstore in Aliso Viejo. Poured into an old 'Licher' Weizen glass at my daughters in Laguna Hills on 1st August 2025. Hazy dull golden body, lasting white crown. Usual banana and clove like nose and taste, but with a dirty dishwater twang. No one to share it with, I'm babysitting my two granddaughters while Margie, Sara Jane and Matt are out galivanting. A lesser man would drain pour it!

12oz Can from O'Sheas, poured into an old Kasteel glass on 31st July 2025 at my daughters place in Laguna Hills. Black bodied, tanned head. Boozy and malty with lots going on. Rich and lush body, it's a proper sipper and a great night-cap.

US Pint can from a Traders Joe's. Drank on 31st July 2025 at my daughters in Laguna Hills. Poured twice into a La Chouffe glaas. Very short lived white crust on a hazed orange body. Nectarine/Orange peel aroma and taste, fairly tart and pithy in nature. Not really my sort of thing, scored objectively.
