Can. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, quite light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a pleasant light creamy sweetness. Soft pine and some mild but, contrasting hop spice. HBC1019 is not as weighty as it could be but, still shines through with it's bonkers Sorachi / Sabro mash up. Mellow limey citrus. A trace of Nelson grapey tang. The light finish brings a mildly bitter edge. Good show. Finds a decent balance between the hops.
Can. A medium haze on this gold beer, good size pale cream colour head, persistent. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. The quartet of Kiwi hops are delivered with aplomb. Cooling pine into surprisingly punchy Nelson, obvious gooseberry and grape. Riwaka lychee and a touch of Motueka floral lime that goes well with late emerging, slightly tangy and slightly ripe lemon, presumably Pac Sunrise. A few esters I could do without but, overall, this brew is a fine IPA and, to be honest, well exceeded my preconceptions.

Nice Superdelic hops, these new Kiwi beauties with the godawful name, really are something. Really hop terroir spread does not remove their spark. Red berries and candy, a little tropical fruits. Pretty decent Nelson here, by 2025 standards, gooseberry and mild grape. Citra sits there in the background and holds it all together. Airy finish. Nice apa, very satisfying in the hop department. Super drinkable.
Can. Just a light haze on this slightly pale gold beer, good size pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy pale malts, a thin milky sweetness is marring this one from the get-go. Hops bring slightly watery stone fruits and citrus and a little candy fruits. Light smooth finish. It's not a bad beer but by Phantom standards falling short in several areas. Colour me underwhelmed.

Light malts, slightly thin bodied, a very light creamy sweetness. A pleasant if light hop profile. Cooling pine, a pinch of hop spice. Tropical fruits and citrus, slightly tangy. This brew has a tidy flavour profile, just a bit thin bodied and could do with a little more welly overall.

Bottle. Opaque black brown beer, small and short lived bubbly tan head. Smooth viscous palate, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Chewy dark malt, dark chocolate and big dark fudge that never gets too sweet. A mild savoury element before thick ripe bourbon barrel aged ripe fruits syrup. Smooth finish. Wonderfully and satisfyingly intense and chewy, as always with Transient. Really something that satisfies at every intense mouthfull.

Bright clear burnishes gold beer, good bubbly cream colour head. Airy palate, smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a modest sweetness. Jester and Harlequin bring light pine, mild bitterness, a kinda rubbery skunk, light tangy tropical fruits and ephemeral touches of lime and apricot. Light semi dry finish. Nice English apa.
