Desperate tick purchase like a year ago. Luggage trip & long sleep in the fridge. No date stamp because, who cares? Fruit is probably from Washington.

Pint glass at home while cooking dinner.
Vibrant, filtered, amber gold pour. Tall, soapy, whitewashed head.
Sticky sweet, oxidized toffee, cooked down pear juice, powdered preservatives, boozy, buttery nose.
Off-dry leaning sweet. Bittersharp apple core, floral pear brandy, vanilla creme, menthol, industrial malt booze, dried tropical fruit, white wine sangria.
Boozy as fuck. Thin, medium low carb, some tartness, medium acid, very medicinal.

Not fun. Alcohol delivery system. No wonder Gen Z isn't drinking.

Single from 604. Canned 9/09/24. Sat in the fridge till I cared. Pint glass at home.

Filtered pale amber pour, decent head.
Floral & dry Schweppes raspberry soda nose.
Sour Patch candy sourness. Raspberry, lemon juice, slight herbal & something like plum. A little salinity.
Thin, foamy, medium carb, medium high acid, not super high kettle stank, whatever abv.

Nice raspberry but a bit too tart & sour to enjoy.

Pricey single from Appalachian. Seems like a running joke. I think the born on is 4/06/25 but it's cut off. Fonta blames their old print machine. Brought this across the state for a tasting & we never got to it. Sat it back down in the fridge for another couple weeks.

Dusty brown ale with a tall, lightly tan head.
Smells of sour, sharp berries, earthy malt, wheat leaf drop.
Bittersharp & tart upfront, sharp raspberries, long & decadent peanut butter powder, hint of chocolate malt, no oil. Real fruit. After a bit, the peanut washes off & you can taste some red berries in your cheeks, but it isn't in your face obvious raspberry. Off-sweet. Lingering tartness & mellow earthy bitterness.
Thin body, medium high carb, medium high acid, slightly milky & dusty.

Kinda good. Maybe a touch too acidy.

Single from that tiny top rated bottle shop in Downtown Nashville.

Mojito glass @home. Frothy, sticky, hazy honey tea gold.
Honey & pith, a little marzipan & veg on the nose.
Bittersweet, leaning astringent. Lots of lingering pine & bitter lettuce, bit of salt, Aspirin finish. Heavy body but ample carb.

Good.

Single from Nashville. Mojito glass at home. Canned 11/04/24, bought fresh, sat in the fridge forever.

Milky coffee cream head. Opaque, dark brown body. Drippy lace.
Heavy chocolate nose, cookie, secondary coffee, bready.
Bittersweet cocoa, wood chips, thin & astringent coffee, creamer, somewhat sharp, soapy bitterness, a little soot.
Strong carbonation, thin, sticky residual, mellow feels.

Kinda meh.

Overpriced single from Appalachian. Sat in my fridge for a long while. Canned 8/28/24.

Pint glass at home. Glazed & not quite haze honey amber with a generous white wash head.
Smell is a lot of orange pepper with a slightly tropical sweet edge & olde sticky malt; inviting.
Juicy, strong sweet orange & guava-ish front. Middle on is a potent & bittersweet abv delivery of grapefruit rind, parsley & bitter orange. Touch of canned & creamy oxidized Malta. Some residual sugar stickiness & belly burn.

This was surprisingly decent to good.

@The Commission. Where white ppl go to flex nostalgic about 90s hip-hop. GoT decided it was time to appease the lizard part of our brains & drink something silly.

Sludgy yet somewhat heady, lavender-colored sort of yogurt.
Smelled really nice. Like fresh cream & mixed berries.
Taste is melted strawberry ice cream with Nestle Quik & banana puree.
Unnerving carb sizzle & acid in my throat while this very sweet porridge went down.

Strangely okay. These are always kinda okay.
