440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Stavanger Tasta. ABV is 7.5%. Dark brown colour, large to moderate beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel, brown kandij sugar, dark dried fruits and Christmas spices. The flavour has the same elements, but is not too sweet. Spices and a moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

500 ml screwcap bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%. Hazy pale yellow colour, no carbonation. Distinct aroma and flavour of yuzu and other citrus fruits, some rice in the background.

440 ml can, as Monkey Brew Jesus 2025 Double Bock. ABV is 9.4%. From Vinmonopolet Stavanger Tasta. Dark brown colour, nearly black. Moderate beige head. Aroma of brown malts and brown bread, a hint of caramel and nuts. Fairly sweet flavour with the same elements, more distinct caramel now.

440 ml can, vintage 2025, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. ABV is 7.5%. Hazy yellow colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma and flavour of citrus, mango and various tropical fruits, also notes of pine and spruce. Moderate bitterness. Good beer.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger, as Polly's Toolbox Hoppy Red Ale. Hazy reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. A touch of butterscotch in aroma and flavour, with a decent balance between malts and hops, not too sweet, good bitterness.
