200ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. A covering pearl white head with good lacing, over a golden-amber body, hazy. Quite promising ripe citrus on the nose, hints of orange. Soft hop fruity flavours, moments of orange, apricot and dough-like malts. Bittersweet finish. Quite tasty. (Tromsø, 13.05.2025).

200ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Clear dark amber body, dotted spots on the glass from a film-type layer. Inviting aromas of mild caramel malts and herbal hops. The taste profile follows suit with a well balanced taste of mid-sweet malts, bread, and herbal hops. Malt-fruity bittersweet finish. Fine depth to it. Good drinking. (Tromsø, 13.05.2025).

440ml can, #904, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Fair white head leaving scattered lacing on the glass, hazy gold-yellowish body, muddy last pour. Promising aromas of pineapple and orange. Mixed hop fruity flavours, impacts of orange, apricot and pineapple, backbone of juicy malts. Hop fruity flavours with a grainy bite. Well bodied. Just okay. (Tromsø, 11.05.2025).

A well run cider and craft beer pub in the central part of Stow-On-The-Wold, located in a traditional stonework and brick building. Eight taps with beers from Deya, BMan, Tap Social, Electric Bear, Little Ox and a few more on my stay. Solid range of canned and a few bottled beers on the shelves. Rather small, but cozy one-room with a few seating around two tables, and some chairs at the bar. Informative and friendly service. Wine and food options. Visited with Frau Eva during a Saturday daytrip to the Cotswold region. (26.04.2025).

330ml can, sold to me by djoeye. Bought at Piteå Systembolaget. Upper part lacing on the glass, slowly diminishing white head, spotty lacing. Floral fruity nose, herbal hops to it. Lightly blended taste of grass, herbal hops, and pineapple. Drying close with a nice bitter twist. Fine partner to our lamp pie evening dinner. (Tromsø, 10.05.2025).

330ml bottle, sold to me by djoeye. Deep ruby-black body, steady fawn-coloured head, spotty lacing. Well roasted chocolate aromas, mid-dry. Dark malt-forward taste, hints of grainy chocolate, dark bread, and ash. Roasted malt bitter finish, warming down the swallow. Pleasing sipper on a Saturday afternoon. Medium-sized pub located in the charming village of Bibury in the Cotswold region. Cozy bar room and a large, lovely beer garden in the backyard. Four cask ales and quite a few craft beers on display. I enjoyed a well kept pale ale on cask from Butcombe, named Tall Tales, outside in the biergarden. Food and accommodations options. Visited with Frau Eva on a Saturday daytrip to the beautiful Cotswold region. (26.04.2025)

A cozy, old fashion corner pub in stonework, brick, and wood, located in the lower part of the steep High Street. Three cask ales and a range of craft beers on offer, a few more on bottles and cans. Cask beers for Shakespeare Brewing and two from Loose Cannon on my stay. Beer garden in the backyard. Polite service. Opens at 10:00 every day during the week. (Visited with Frau Eva during a daytrip to Cotswold, 26.04.2025).
