Can at home on my 40th. It pours hazy golden - orange with a lasting fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, tangy citrus, pineapple, nectarine, persimmon, touch of grapefruit, orange squash, some minerality and bread. The taste is dry, pithy, zesty, plenty of citrus fruits, grapefruit, waxy kumquat peel, pomelo, touch of green pine, persimmon, pineapple, nectarine, some dankness, freshly cut grass and a licl of spice with a drying, zingy finale. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Love the balance on this. Flavourful, yet balanced and moreish.

750ml swanky shaped bottle with a complementary glass. Picked up at Raynville or HoTM. It pours clear copper - amber with a lasting, fluffy white head. The aroma is zingy, tangy, bright, vibrant, tropical action, lemon - lime, gooseberry, white grape, Pina colada, pineapple, cachaca, caipirinha, fruit jelly and booze. The taste is firmly dry, dull bitterness, lemon - lime, pineapple, coconut cream, pina colada, fruit jelly, sherbet, cachaca, caipirinha, tangfastics, prickly pear, star fruit and some warming alcohol. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Cachaca barrel ageing works exceptionally well with base beer. Super tropical and vibrant.

Can direct from Brewdoge. It pours clear and a lot packed than expected, rich golden. - blonde with a decent white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, tropical vibes, vibrant passion fruit, mango, peach, persimmon, sappy, resin and apricot wine. The taste is disturbingly smooth, slick, mellow, tropical stones fruits, peach, dried mango, nectarine, passion fruit, splash of lilt, gummy candy, heady booze, toasty grains, crunchy, white bread apricot jam sandwiches, oily, slick and some nutty cereal. Finish is dryer with a boozey bite. Fulsome body (but not heavy), fine prickly carbonation and oily mouth feel. The description makes I sound like a TIPA, but this is strong tropical golden ale. Creeps up on ya.

Can direct from BrewDog. It pours clear golden - amber with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, tangy, orange marmalade, gummy candy, tangerine, sticky, sappy and some grain. The taste is crisp, dry, quite snappy, pithy, zesty, orange peel, tangerine, kumquat, bitter - sweet, damp grain and marmalade sandwiches with a drying, tangy finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Doesn't feel too forced or artificial. I'm not saying it's great, but it is ok.

Can from Raynville Superstore. It pours crystal clear golden - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, tangy, tropical fruit vibes, mango, green banana, fruit cocktail and tinned peach. The taste is initially smooth, then you get some bitterness/dryness right upfront, fruit cocktail, green banana, pithy citrus, green, weedy edge, grapefruit vines, peppery spice and resin with a drying, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. I like the bitter snap to it. Moreish.
