Aroma is fruity at first, peach, apricot, also Brett, cheesy, goaty, some woody, oaky aroma, light vinous character but no rum. Flavour is sweet peach, apricot, tangerine, caramel, smooth, too sweet. Some cardboard. Some tartness, soft, not astringent, light finish.

Slightly overwhelming. Smooth, soft, juicy, medium body. Soft to moderate bitterness, fresh. Moderate bitterness slowly developing. Aroma is hoppy herbal and citrus, zesty, moderate to intense. Some tartness, some bitterness. No astringency, moderate finish.

Flavour is moderately hoppy, zesty, grapefruit, stone fruit, elderflower, also yeasty, lightly sulfury. Smooth, zesty, slightly bitter, dry. Some tart citrusy flavours. Slightly yeasty in the finish.
