Kyotolefty Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Tap at Komachi. Medium golden amber. Nose is citrus hops, lemon, grapefruit, and biscuity malt. Crisp malt, no caramel, some biscuits, light resin, mostly citrus hop flavor. Solid but not really exciting.

Tap at Komachi. Clear, pale bright gold with a low head. Nose is spicy, mineral, slightly sweaty and dank, with citrus covering everything. Crisp and clean, light malt, lightly sweet, the hops are the key. Bitter finish. Solid. Not a hop I love, but these beers show them off well.

750 ml bottle. Some whisky-like vanilla, white wine, apples in the nose. Hazy orange with a burst of bubbles at first then lace. Quite sour, tangy, whisky notes, green apple, grapefruit, lots of minerals, some old leather. Great stuff.

Can. Pitch black like motor oil with no head. Nose is toasted coconut, chocolate, bourbon. Extremely sweet and chocolaty, lots of vanilla, coconut, cocoa syrup, bourbon. Burns like bourbon too. Sweet and boozy, too much for me. Great nose but almost undrinkable.
