Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Citrus and pine aromas. Medium bodied with caramel, tropical fruit and sourdough upfront turning to pine and pith in the medium length finish. Throwback west coast done well.

Tall can from Grant. Hazy dark orange. No head. Very piney, old cheese aroma... flavor is the same. Not much juiciness. Piney finish.

Taster pour at Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival. Appearance is clear golden yellow with light sparkle, small white foamy head with poor retention. Aroma is strong pine, grapefruit. Taste is strong pine, lightly herbal bordering on corn chip, lightly bitter. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, soft-to-average carbonation and mix of sweet and bitter pine, dry and crisp. Overall, this is good and those who love pine should dig it. It's a little one dimensional as more of a mix with tropical fruit would do well. Based on other reviews, perhaps a taster pour wasn't enough.

Keg at Lui Lui’s - West Leb, NH. Pours clear, rich gold with a foamy, white head. Moderate bready malts in the nose, some ripening citrus, orange peel. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of grassy bitterness, melon, but of mango, orange, pine. Meridian bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with mild piney resin, pale bread, grass, ripe orange, rindy and grassy bitterness, hints of tropical fruits. Good, assertive IPA.

Draft at Dover Location of the Thirsty Moose. Crystal clear yellow / orange color with lasting head. Really great aroma of tropical fruit, pine, and notes of weak grass. The flavor is identical to the aroma. Malt to balance the hops without becoming sweet. Grapefruits, grassy, onion. The bitterness is here but does not linger long. Pine in essence. This is really good! Well made.

On tap at the source Brilliantly clear deep golden color with a small but long lasting bubbly white head, Big fruity notes on the nose when first poured. Light bready maltiness and plenty of Fruity juicy citrus and pine to counter. Great IPA!
