Sample at the Portland tasting room. Slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of funky yeast, citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, funky citrus, grassy hops and malt. The finish is Belgian yeast and citrusy hops. Above average overall.

Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours hazy yellow with a white head, light lacing. Aroma of malt, saison yeast, hay, little citrus. Flavor is malt, yeast, light dusty, hay, fruit, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 120517

Hazed golden color with a white head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium body with a soft to average carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Mild acidity. Citric, malty, fruity and mild yeast profile in the flavor. Decent refreshing ale.

MBCC. Slightly hazy yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, brett, spices, hop, fruit peel and citrus. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, brett, fruit peel, little sweet, little dry, little citrus and a little bitter.
