12 ounce can. Honey gold pour. Large rocky white head. Pine and citrus rind nose. First sip is pale malt with notes of dank pine and grapefruit. Hints of lime and kiwi fruit. Dry hoppy finish is resinous and long lasting.

Can in Vermont. Pours rich gold with a foamy topping. Not bad overall, has some piney hops, orange peel, sun-kissed pale malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with dried pale malts, more nips of pine, citrus rind. Not bad.
Light.

12 oz can, pale gold clear. Medium body. Pine and grapefruit aroma, Taste is predominantly grapefruit over resin, especially in the finish.

Can, from City Hops. Pours cloudy golden with large foamy off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with resinous flavor, thin body, long finish. Well balanced, and satisfying.

Canned 9/25, drunk 11/30/18.
Pours a brass-copper-golden with a hint of haze and an off-white head that fades steadily to a ring.
Nose is clean and lightly juicy with less tea-like character than I usually get from this hop and more mango and melon in its place. At two months old, I don't expect much, but the malt is full of clean honey and light biscuit with no resin and only a hint of pine mixing with tangerine and lemon on the end.
In the mouth it's quite bitter, not too much so, but does show marmalade, pepper and grass with light nectarine, pineapple and mango flavors, not so much juice or anything. Soft, supple malt is much more round and comforting (and balancing) than I remember SS 2 or 8 being. Clean, balanced, and refreshing. Kind of unsurprising given how much better Idaho 7 is than Amarillo and Mosaic, in my opinion.

Draft taster pour at NH Brewfest. Appearance is clear golden yellow with mild sparkle, thin ring of off-white head. Aroma is strong tropical fruit. Taste is intensely floral, some fruit with lightly bitter balance, and mild herbal/weed. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, light texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, amazingly strong flavor for a session and is a bit different from aroma.

Draft at Snallygaster DC 2018. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was nice and subtle fruit notes. Touch of pine, touch of orange peel. Pleasant.

Green onion and some orange peel. Pours orange with decent head and lacing. Hop burn finish. Tap at Snally.
