This full-bodied amber lager is brewed in the traditional Märzen style. A blend of light and dark Munich malts creates notes of graham cracker, caramel and bread crust complemented by floral and peppery aromas from Hallertau and Tettnang hops. Say "Prost" with this crisp and celebratory lager.

Can from One Stop. Nutty, toasty nose. Bready malt and caramel. Very rich. Deep amber orange with a medium head. Malty, fruity flavor with esters, some peach and apple. Herbal hops with relatively strong bitterness. Well put together. Maybe too bitter.

Pour is a clear copper with a large white head. Aroma is toasted bread and a little butterscotch. Flavor is pie crust cracker with some sweetness and a bit of bitter hops. A bit sweeter than I would have liked. Pretty average all around.

Bitter spices up front and the finish allspice nutmeg but not much to balance it out...not for me

Can, best before 11/19/24, drunk 10/8/24. Clear, warm peach-hued copper. Medium-sized, light beige head steadily to spotty cover. A touch of rust/metal at first (very light), but falling off completely and quickly. It reveals rich bread, caramel, honey and red fruit with a bit of herb from the hop. Clean. Moderately aromatic with crisp yeast character on the finish. Rich and malty with caramel, warm, freshly-baked bread and low but pretty ample maltiness. Drying out with some cracker and more hop on the finish. Very clean, very malty and drinkable. They've done a nice job for a filtered, force carbonated beer, I must grudgingly admit. There's ample, deep texture and the carbonation is neither too great nor too prickly.

Pretty solid Oktoberfest, a healthy mix of biscuit, toasted bread, caramel, and a touch of berry and yeast, followed by a firm floral bitterness. Tasty.
