Two Roads is driving a tanker truck down a road less traveled with this Passion Fruit Gose (pronounced GO-sah). This series of unique ales are kettle soured in our very own tanker truck trailer – a former milk tanker like the one on the front label – that’s parked right on the grounds of our brewery! Featuring a nose of BIG tropical fruit, the taste is of light wheat and a perfect harmony of tartness and sweet fruit that’s mingled with salinity to really bring the flavors to life – this refreshing gose is the perfect accompaniment to any occasion.*

Can. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Hazy, yellow gold. Halo of white head. Nose has damp grain. Yoghurt. Some tangy fruit. Taste is dry, and lightly sour. Some light salinity. Clean and light mouthfeel. Soft, tart finish. Decent. Not too much to write home about, but it’s crisp and pretty bright.

Can from BD Castlegate. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, earthy, quite juicy, tropical fruit, passion fruit, mangoa and fun times. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, salty, tart passion fruit, apricot, mango, so damn juicy, pineapple with a soft and juicy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Really tasty fruity gose.

Taster pour at Greg & Jane’s Beer and Wine. Appearance is cloudy brownish-yellow. Aroma is mix of sweet fruit and light sour. Taste is as aroma with light saltiness. Palate is light-to-medium bodied, lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a refreshing brew with more sweetness than tart. Still not my favorite style but I’d take it over almost all similar alternatives.

4 oz. draft. At Thirsty Mosse Taphouse, Dover location. Cloudy golden color, thin head. Aroma is exclusively passionfruit. Flavor has traces of malt with the fruit purée being the focal point of this brew. Can’t taste anything other than passion fruit. Very mild tartness in the finish that lingers just slightly. It tastes good but it is mostly juice.
