ABV: 10.5%. Clear dark dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla, alcohol - bourbon, light coffee, light cinnamon, rich - intense. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, alcohol - bourbon, chili pepper - chili warm, cinnamon, maple syrup, sweet malt, vanilla, rich - intense, malty, dark malt - roasted - coffee. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy - smooth, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic with a warm chili warm touch. [20200425]

650ml bottle. Sweet, spicy and sticky with loads of maple syrup, toffee, bourbon, chili, oak, wood and chocolate. Pretty good.

Bottle split on day 2 of Coconut/Cinnamon Death 2017. Pours pitch black with a small dark brown head. Aromas of sweet maple, coconut, dark chocolate, cinnamon, milk chocolate, brownie cake batter. Taste is sweet, maple, coconut, fudgey, cinnamon, dark chocolate, cocoa beans, vanilla fudge.

660 ml bottle, bottled 11/20/18. Thanks to Werckmeister! Black body, with a tiny, creamy, coffee-colored head. Aroma of dark chocolate fudge, chili, coconut, coffe, soy sauce, some bourbon. Tastes similar aroma-wise, while pretty hot from the chili and also quite boozy. Full, oily mouthfeel, with a low carbonation. Finishes quite hot, medium boozy, with chili, soy sauce, coffee, chocolate, coconut. Very nice, while not outstanding. Great, thick aromas of chocolate, roast and barrel, but the hot chili is quite distracting and it's also pretty boozy. Interesting, but nothing I would drink again I guess. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 15

Bottled 11/20/2018. black color, very small coffee colored head. smells of maple, cinnamon, coffee, bourbon, bitter chocolate, very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes of vanilla, cinnamon, chilis, bourbon, bitter chocolate, earthy, peppery. finishes dry with chili notes, cinnamon and some bitter chocolate. very nice one, but chili is a tad too strong for me. 8, 4, 8, 4, 17
