Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong maple, peppers, roast, cocoa, bourbon. Slick body, roast, maple, peppers, dark chocolate, nice heat and sweetness, enjoyed this.

Bottle shared by Kermis, THNX ! Pours black, small dark ring of foam. Smell has come cinnamon, hiding the other aspects a bit. Taste is spiced, mild maple notes. Some cinnamon, quite building up on the chillie. Bit let down, as I had hoped for less cinamon and much more maple.

Bottle share @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017, thanks Kraddel. Brune foncée, col blanc-cassé, doré au verre. Arôme garde une base solide de malt, chocolaté, caramel, piment perce en rétro et sublimé par l'effet du Bourbon, je note peu l'effet du sirop d'érable. Palais est boozy, malté, caramel, grillé douceur latente de Bourbon - vanille, excellent boisé avec petite pointe plus organique du sirop d'érable. L'effet des habaneros est très plaisant sans être surfait mais apporte juste le côté épicé qui relève cette bière.

BIG THANKS TO Kermis / kraddel. Bomber sampled @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017. Black, almost no head. Nose is surprising amount of cinnamon, massive sweet chocolate, bourbon in the back chocolate cake sweet, almost coconut. Taste is chocolate cake, sugar, cinnamon, pure chocolate syrup, candy, so chocolate cake thick, low maple, bourbon crawling in the back, liquid chocolate cake with pleasant chilli burn in the back, pleasantly warming, some semblance of balance. Body is chocolate syrup. Stupid good.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: chocolate overload, hint of chillies, cinnamon, dried fruits, some caramel, lovely stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of ginger bread, pretty sweet, some chocolate, quite a bit of chillies in here, more dark chocolate, spicy, cinnamon, soft roast. Aftertaste: more chillies, coconut, dark chocolate, spicy, cinnamon, ginger bread, bitter touch, nice roasty finish. What a beer!

9 4 9 4 18 Bottle shared at Vini Biere Rebelli '17. Black with a ring beige head. Aroma of cinnamon, milk chocolate, fudge, maple, vanilla, bourbon, coconut, light barrel oak and fruity chillis. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with a chilli burn and alcohol warmth in the finish, and soft carbonation.

Thanks Justice for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing pitch black with no rims. The nose shows moderately intense notes of molasses and fig with lighter notes of brown sugar, maple syrup, and smoked bourbon. The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated with an intense cinnamon/alcoholic spiciness. Moderately intense maple syrup and lighter notes of cinnamon.

Sykes what a crazy aroma. Could have my nose in this one for ages. Could easily give this one 20 instead of 10. Complete black color with a beige head. Full body and a smooth carbonation level. Oily texture. Solid complex and lasting flavor with espresso, some spices, chocolate, maple and oak.
