Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and heavy yeasty aroma. Powerfu8l nice lambiek flavor. Long great finsh. Creamy palate.

Sovereign, DC. Clear, strawberry, still, wine glass pour. Floral honey & mellow raspberry acid nose. Cherry leather, hard cheese, light floral honey, moderate twangy, not fully sour, lingering mellow tea astringency, very faint oxidation. Lacking structure & a feels diluted.

(Draugh at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 19 Oct 2024) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with funky yeast, grapes, grapefruit and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, sour grapes, oak wood, barnyard and a dry and tart finish. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a good oak character and generous acidity. Very nice.

Draft. A cloudy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of funk, horses, Brett, and wood. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, funk, wood, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.
