Das SUPERFREUNDE Pils ist gekommen um zu bleiben. Ein mit Amarillo und Mosaic kaltgehopftes und sehr anständiges Pils. Kaum bitter, eine leichte Frucht und viel wichtiger: trinkbar und sau lecker. Ein klassischer und viel zu unterschätzter Bierstil wird nun zusammen mit der traditionellen Wagner Brauerei (Kemmern, Bamberg / seit 1788) auf den Weg gebracht. Die SUPERFREUNDE trinken jetzt auch Pils – Bier bleibt Bier.

Smell of malt, sugar, faint grass. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of grass, faint malt. Lively carbon.

Bottle 33cl. from a REWE supermarket @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Unclear pale golden colour, huge rocky white head, diminishing slowly, thick layer remains, good lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, light lemon, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, grassy, some citrus. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, smooth bittersweet aftertaste, grainy and spicy notes, very nice.

Gold with a frothy to creamy white head. Herbal aroma. Straw. Dusty earth. Taste is mildly bitter the whole way through with the sweeter malty base always noticeable underneath. Medium bodied, mildish carbonation. Refreshing. Good.

Superfreunde Pils, Fläschchen vom Craft Beer Store Steffenberg. - Satt goldgelb, schwach trüb; schöner Schaum. - In der Nase feiner, exotisch zitrusfruchtiger Hopfen, Grapefruit, ein wenig Heu, Anklänge an Quitte. - Antrunk saftig zitronig-hopfig mit Limette. Feine Malzsüße. Milder rezent, hefeweich, leicht trocken. Im Abgang aromatische aber nicht übertrieben bittere grasige Hopfenherbe. - Angenehmes Kellerpils, simpel aber aromatisch frisch. 0,33 l bottle from Heimathaven, Oldenburg. Pale golden in the glass, little bit unclear, nearly two finger foamy head. Taste has a mix of citrus, yeast and some caramel, musty hints. Taste has more hopy citrus bitterness, increasing grain, grassy. Above average carbonation. Getting thinner in the second part. Okay.
