Clear yellow appearance with lasting thin head. Simple but clean Helles. Light sweet pale malt. Fine carbonation. Well made.

Bottle: Golden to deep golden, a bit unclear, medium-sized and slowly collapsing loose white head, quite clean sweet pale-malty nose, mild herbal-grassy hops underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, almost medium bodied, pretty soft; lingering sweet pale-malty finish with a delicate hoppy counterpart in the aftertaste. 500 ml bottle. Clear golden, foamy head. A lot of hay, straw and caramel, some floral notes, some citrus. Malty sweetness, light bitterness. Light bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry sweetish finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, white head. Clean, malty nose. Medium body, again, clean, bready malts with a subdued, late bitterness. Everything is clean and balanced and nver overly sweet. Very neatly done.

Bottle at a social impact lab in Munich. Nice clear gold with decent head. Light neutral aroma. Slightly sweet and spicy on the tongue, herbal bitterness on the finish.

Bottle picked up from REWE, Freising (the one on the trading estate en route to München und Airport) It's in the regional section. Consumed at home listening to James Holden and the Animal Spirits and preparing Beef Szechuan, Friday 5th April 2019. Pours light lemony gold, good clarity, white head. Nice easy drinker, simple bitterness, touch dry, fresh, fresh cut grass, light lemon touches. Good.
