Sunday Brunch is brewed with maple syrup, cinnamon, Rook Coffee, and lactose. It is brewed with a blend of pilsner malt and English crystal and roasted malts. On tap at the brewery. Pours black. Coffee, cinnamon, creamy, rich chocolate, creamy coffee. Good full body. Excellent.

500 ml bottle (2020 Release) from the brewery, 2/26/21. Pours a dark brown color with a frothy light brown head. Maple, coffee, and cinnamon. Nicely sweet with a dry, roast undertones. Classic Kane Porter / Stout profile here. Something they do incredibly well. This is no exception.

750ml bottle pours an opaque black,a ring of off white head. Nose has malt balls, chocolate, milk sugar is there, loads of cinnamon, all spice too, caramel, some sweetened coffee, dulce de leche. Flavor has sweetened coffee, some smokiness, cinnamon, vanilla now, raisnette. Finishes full bodied with some spice.

Holy bollocks. Almost forgot this one. Neil brought it over. He’s a good lad. His mum knows her stuff. Beer is like a cinnamon infused stout. Chocolate and cinnamon. All that. Fairly rich. Nothing too fancy. Yeah.
