Scotland’s rugged landscapes and beloved sweets, cranachan, inspired this characterful Black IPA, which we made in conjunction with Scottish Fyne Ales Brewery. Black, bitter and scratchy, but the silkiness of the added oatmeal and the flavor of the raspberry round off the edges.

On tap @ Bölcső /w nitro. Reddish black coloured with dense beige head. Faint nose of cocoa, red fruits and chocolate. Taste is similar, cocoa, chocolate, some hops, slight roasted notes. Wouldnt be bad, but the taste is too faint, not prominent enough. Softly carbonated with a creamy mouthfeel, thus extremely easy to drink. Alright, but expected more tbh.

Sampled from tap at BPBW 2018. Slightly hazy, very dark brown to black with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity-resiny aroma of caramel, tropical fruits and some pine. Moderately sweet, malty, slightly roasty, fruity-resiny taste of caramel, tropical fruits, blueberry and pine, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly roasty, grassy and slightly resiny finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Draft at BPBW2018. Pretty close to black color tan head. Nice aroma of espresso and pine. Taste is resiny bitter dark coffee. Tasty.

bottle @ supermarket (budapest) dark body, amber-brown head, normal body, average carbonated, lightly hoppy, semi sweet, lightly citrus, nice raspberry aroma, enjoyable mixture!

Közepes, nagyon tartós hab, fekete szín. Fűszeres, pörkölt malátás illat. Csokis, pörkölt malátás, fűszeres ízek. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Korrekt.

0.33l bottle. Black body with a medium sized light brown head. Aroma and taste of cocoa, chocolate, berries and loads of citrusy and piny hops. The finish is very bitter (just as the label says, it's even a bit harsh). Nice BIPA though.
